John Short works with designer Chrissie Macdonald, his photogaphy work really captures a mode and creates a feel about the work beyond a photograph. This example is how we as a collective start to think about a poster design for our launch in the new year.
This sort of media is how we could design a poster for 'just us' as this has a fun element to the poster but also a huge design element. It has been carefully thought through and if we were to consider this sort of art direction for a poster we would need to have clear direction on were we are going with it and also it would push our skills in design and to some extent photography unless we could network with a photographer from within the college and then use there skills to enhance our outcome.
