Once we had taken the brief one of first moves we made was to have weekly meetings. We started out by recording them using a Sony Dictaphone but soon found this to be a chore as we were having meetings in different locations times etc. I found this to be a really important thing and we have only managed to achieve our targets by having these meetings and discussions. It has given me a real insight into how much discussion goes on internally when working in a collective/ studio environment.
