First Thoughts

Simon - One of the hardest things I have found coming into a collective is the amount of time we spend togther discussing ideas and developing thoughts. This then requires action most of the time and we spend alot of our day time having these discussions. I feel that this is why we are working so well also something I feel we all need to do is to keep journals so when we have these meetings we can record our ideas etc.

Mark - I agree with what Simon is saying here, its the hardest thing to record these ideas without actually putting an audio recorder in front of us and recording our voices (maybe this could be an option).

Will - Although we do note down our ideas in meets together and also our personal thoughts into the constantina notes and ideas book. I think the hardest part is noting down and remembering the quick ideas that come along that we don't work on but happen to come up almost out of nowhere. I think the use of a audio recorder is a good idea, it would be a way of keeping everything we discus as a group, but again it wouldn't capture spontaneous thoughts and ideas. The picture above is the notes and ideas from our first meeting and it would be good to revisit that from time to time enabling us to remember what we started with and to remind us not to ride down the beaten track.
