For my print specific module I was asked to produce a calendar which could then be mass produced. I wanted this calendar to have almost a duel purpose, calendars are usually pretty boring and have a very typical layout. I decided that i was going to make this calendar a wall calendar, and rather than just be a thing on your wall telling you the date I wanted this to looks as if it could be a poster that you may like to have on you wall anyway. I tried lots of different techniques to show the days months and weeks in different mapping situations but it was a difficult thing to do as the generic way is so easily recognized and easy to read. I was pleased with the outcome I like how the type looks and especially like the back of the calendar which reads days weeks months over 2008.
