DeviantART is an online portfolio that allows anyone to create a profile similar to the many online community websites such as facebook and myspace. DeviantART however is differnt by allowing you to update pictures of your work for people to comment and rate. I never really know what to think about deviantART the front page is really quite confusing and I seem to endlessly browse work that I dont enjoy, finding work you like is hard becuase there is soo much on the site.
DeviantART is slightly similar to the site that we would like to produce in the way that it allows members to update their work to an online audience. The difference is that becomming a member of our site would be alot harder. Our site will be much smaller and with a much smaller audience but I believe that this will bring us the audience that will apreciate our work.
