Popel Coumou is a photographer from the Netherlands. The work is a collection of images that look as if they have been sketched onto paper or cut out and pasted. Im not sure what the process from image to final piece is but it looks as if its been made by overlaying the image.
A perfect example of mixed media techniques, something which I am very fond of and want to take into this project. I have however never used this process of sticking things over photographs, sounds like an interesting idea that I might try out.
